I founded xceltium because of a burning desire to serve others across the technology landscape in Australia. I'm obsessed with delivering strategic recruitment solutions that elevate companies and bring real impact.

Four years ago, I decided it was time to venture into the unknown and form a CIO community. I wanted to create a place where technology executives could help each other and feel safe, grow, network and thrive. I wholeheartedly believe if you're the best version of you, then your teams will be too.

Fast-forward to present day and over five hundred IT executives have immersed themselves in our community. Some days it feels like they're running the community for me. And that brings me great joy.
